North Manchester--The North Manchester Chamber of Commerce is proud to welcome Mary Giangiordano, Regional Director of the North Central Indiana Small Business Development Center, to speak on small business development services on Wednesday, June 23 at 7:30 am at the Public Safety Building, 709 W.
